Are you sitting down for this news fellow Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield fans?!
One of fandom's favorite Hollywood couples certainly broke a few hearts when multiple sources confirmed that the twosome was indeed on a break.
But in a twist to this real-life love story, E! News can confirm the pair was recently spotted together along the California coast looking happy!
An eyewitness revealed the two stopped in Malibu Farm this week and seemed to be having a great time as they held hands inside the restaurant. But wait, it gets even better! Just a few days earlier, Entertainment Tonight cameras caught Stone greeting Garfield's parents with a hug and kiss at a screening of Aloha.
While this certainly can't confirm things are officially back on between the two, it has given fans plenty of hope that the Amazing Spider-Man co-stars have remained close and friendly.
In fact, when news initially broke that the couple was on a break, a source told E! News that both parties remained on good terms. Unfortunately, the two simply had been forced to spend a lot of time apart because of work.
Garfield has been shooting Martin Scorsese's latest film Silence on location in Taiwan. Meanwhile, Stone has been hard at work promoting Aloha with her co-starBradley Cooper. Perhaps that's one of the big reasons we haven't seen these two attend a public event together since early January.

While we eagerly wait for an official relationship status update regarding these two, Stone continues to speak highly of her close friend.
In Interview's May 2015 issue, the actress couldn't help but gush about Garfield.
"He is such a poet," the actress said with a laugh after hearing a quote from her close friend. "But that's the way he writes in general. So I hear it and of course my heart swells up. And I also know that he writes things like that on a daily basis."
