Bruce Jenner Admits His ''Big Secret'' Prevented Him From Forming a ''Close'' Relationship With Scott Disick

When it comes to Bruce Jenner's transition from a man to a woman, viewers have witnessed the Olympic athlete hold several conversations with his daughters and step-daughters.
But on Part 2 of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians: About Bruce special, fans got to see the parent of six sit down with son-in-law Scott Disick to discuss his personal journey for the first time.
(At this time, Bruce is choosing to not live publicly in the media as a woman and will be referred to with male pronouns until he specifies otherwise.)
"My whole life I haven't been honest with myself, I haven't been honest with my kids," Bruce shared with Scott on Monday's episode. "It's been the big secret that nobody could talk about."

After learning about Bruce's transition, Kourtney Kardashian's longtime partner didn't just support him. It gave him understanding of their disconnected relationship.
"I felt like for so many years, you know, me and you had a big disconnect and if I would have had any idea of some of the things that you were struggling with, I wouldn't have been so insecure about why we couldn't get along properly, sometimes," Scott confessed. "You could do a lot of good and help a lot of people who want to be able to come out and say this that can't."
After speaking to Diane Sawyer, E! News confirmed the 65-year-old E! star is planning to return to motivational speaking. He's also signed on for an eight-episode documentary series chronicling his new life as a transgender woman. The first episode will air July 26 at 9 p.m. on E!.

"It is kinda groundbreaking in a lot of ways. There's a lot of momentum in the transgender community, they've come a long way recently," Bruce shared with Scott. "I would love to help."
In the meantime, Bruce will try his best to be completely honest with Khloé Kardashian and all of his family members. He will also continue to embark on a journey new to so many viewers.
"It's pretty wild that you're going to live two lives in one lifetime," Scott confessed. "I mean not many people can say they did it, which is pretty extraordinary in some ways."
