Flavor Flav, born William Jonathan Drayton Jr., has found himself on the wrong side of the law, yet again.
The rapper-turned-reality-star was arrested early Thursday morning in Sin City by highway patrol after he was caught going 73 mph in a 45 mph zone.
The 56-year-old was charged with a DUI, possession of marijuana, speeding, driving with an open container of alcohol and driving with a suspended license and registration.
His bail was set at $7,000 and local authorities confirm he posted bail earlier today.
Earlier this year, Flav was in a Nassau County courtroom where he pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from a traffic stop last year while he was driving to his mother's funeral.
Upon leaving the courthouse, a reporter asked for his reaction to landing in the headlines yet again, only this time for legal matters.
"I don't like the circumstances, but I like the attention," he said at the time.
Prosecutors claim that Flav had his driver's license suspended 15 times prior to the stop while on the way back from his mother's funeral.
And while he's generally outspoken on social media regarding the day's events, Flav has yet to speak out regarding his arrest.
